Shipping policy
All orders ship from our fulfillment centre in Delta, British Columbia. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders of $150+ within Canada and the United States.
United States
All U.S. orders ship tariff-free. There are no additional duties or tariffs due upon delivery.
International
We offer shipping to select international destinations. Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. If your country isn’t available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and customs processing fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
