Bare Knitwear Online Return Policy:
We will gladly accept returns on regular priced purchases placed within Canada, The United States, and the European Union. Purchases made outside of these countries are considered final sale.
All items must be returned in new sellable condition, including original packaging with original hang tags attached. 
Please contact us within seven days of receiving your order to initiate the return. You will be issued a return authorization number and shipping instructions via email from our distribution warehouse when your request is approved. 
After the RA number has been issued, the return must be posted (dropped with a courier) within five days. 
Once we have received your returned garment and its condition has been approved, we will initiate a full refund less any original shipping charges associated with your order. 
Bare Knitwear does not offer exchanges. We ask that you return your item and place another order.
All care products are considered final sale.
Please note all items purchased using a promo code or items that are marked on sale are considered a final sale unless otherwise specified. We do not offer price adjustments. Any sales, promotions or discounts can not be applied to past orders. 
All Bare Knitwear shipments ship from our warehouse in British Columbia, Canada. If you are making a purchase outside of Canada, import fees and sales taxes are non-refundable through Bare Knitwear. We suggest contacting the organization whom you paid the fees to or your local customs bureau if you have questions.
Returns sent COD or without authorization will be denied.
Bare Knitwear is no longer responsible for packages once a delivery has been confirmed and a delivery confirmation has been issued from the courier.
Items being returned must have all original tags still attached and be in original condition as purchased. Bare Knitwear has the right to reject returns if they are not in original, sellable condition.
If your were shipped the wrong item, please contact us via our contact page. Bare Knitwear will arrange for a replacement item to be sent immediately; the customer will incur no shipping charges for replacement items.
Bare Knitwear does not assume any shipping costs on returns. We recommend using a secure courier with tracking when returning your shipment. Bare Knitwear is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods in transit while returning your item.
If your package is returned to us because the wrong shipping address was provided, it was refused or duty/import fees were un-paid, you will be refunded for the item minus the original shipping fee and any and all return shipping costs.
