Politique de remboursement

- We will gladly accept returns on regular priced purchases placed within Canada, The United States, and the European Union. Purchases made outside of these countries are considered final sale.

- All items must be returned in new sellable condition, including original packaging with original hang tags attached. Bare Knitwear has the right to reject returns if the item is not in original, sellable condition.

- Bare Knitwear may approve a single exchange for size and or colour.

- All items purchased using a promo code or items that are marked on sale are considered a final sale unless otherwise specified. We do not offer price adjustments. Any sales, promotions or discounts can not be applied to past orders. 

- To submit a return request, log into your account HERE within seven days of receiving your order to initiate the return. Click the order and item you want to submit the return for.

-You can contact us directly HERE if your return requires approval beyond our return policy specifications.

- If your request is confirmed, a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions will be issued. Returns sent without an authorization number will be denied.

- After the RA number has been issued, the returned item must be posted (dropped with a courier) within five days.

- When returning your item, we recommend using a secure courier with tracking. Bare Knitwear is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods incurred during transit while returning your item.

- Note, once your returned item arrives at our distribution centre, the returns department may take up to 7-10 business days to inspect your order and approve a refund.

- If the returned item's condition has been approved, we will initiate a full refund less any original shipping charges paid or paid by Bare Knitwear. This includes items which shipped at no cost up front to the customer due to the qualification of a "free shipping" promotion.

- All care products, pillow inserts that have been opened and our Home Sprays are considered final sale and may not be returned.

- Bare Knitwear does not assume any shipping costs on exchanges.

- All Bare Knitwear purchases ship from our warehouse in British Columbia, Canada. If you are making a purchase outside of Canada, import fees and sales taxes are non-refundable through Bare Knitwear. We suggest contacting the organization whom you paid the fees to or your local customs bureau if you have questions.
