Bare Knitwear Return Policy
Bare Knitwear will gladly accept returns within 5 days, beginning the day you receive your item.
Prior to returning your item, please contact us with your order information and reason for the return via our contact form.
Please note your return will not be accepted if you send without notice.
Returned items must have all original tags still attached and be in original condition as purchased. Bare Knitwear has the right to reject any returned items if they are not in original condition.
Once Bare Knitwear approves the return, customer must ship item out within 2 business days.
A signature is required on all items being returned.
All sale items are final sale.
Return will be processed and customer will be credited in full once the item arrives and is accepted by Bare Knitwear.
We recommend using a secure courier and tracking the package. Bare Knitwear is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refund will be credited back to the same tender used when purchased.
Customers will not be refunded for original shipping charges and the item being returned will be sent back at customers expense.
Bare Knitwear will accept exchanges on regular priced items and items purchased using promo codes.
Exchanges are not accepted on sale items.
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Bare Knitwear.
Bare Knitwear is responsible for shipping the exchanged item to customer.
Bare Knitwear currently ships to Canada and the United States via Canada Post Expedited Service and USPS Tracked Packet.
Shipping includes tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Purchases made within Canada have a transit time of 4-10 business days and ship out after payment is successfully processed and order is accepted by Bare Knitwear.
Purchases made within the United States have a transit time of 6-12 Business Days and ship out after your payment is successfully processed. Shipments are sent with USPS.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped out.
